Where to eat: the 50 best restaurants in Daytona Beach (2024)

Describing the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort as a top pet friendly hotel near Daytona Beach, this property offers easy access to the dog-friendly Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier for walks and ocean breezes. The resort also features 2 outdoor pools, 60,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 7 restaurants & bars.

Our view was beautiful. It’s location is worth gold. With 5 kids we made the parking a block away just fine. Our room was spotless until we brought in some sand on our shoes. The staff was so friendly in the hallways. The person who will make us come back though was Eeron. So professional, detailed in explaining our account and classy as heck. Seriously an asset to this busy hotel on spring break week!! Thank you for making our stay comfortable and unforgettable!!!

Nice, clean and expansive hotel. We booked a basic room with 2 queen beds. The room was extremely spacious and could have fit 2 king beds with room to spare in the sleeping area. Rooms are not super-up-to-date-trendy. They also don't feel dated or old fashioned. Honestly, good aesthetic that fits the hotel. The 1st floor pool area is well kept and relaxing. The restaurants are great and the staff is super warm and friendly. Definitely worth the price and would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect, as you can walk anywhere. Views are amazing if you pay for an ocean view. Being a member didn’t really matter when it came to them offering anything. The lobby and common areas are pretty nice but the hotel rooms haven’t been updated in i don’t know how long. I stayed there about 4-5 years ago and the rooms needed updating and they still haven’t updated any of it. If the rooms get an upgrade it would make the stay even better!

Anays D — Google review

Rooms are dirty and in need of major upgrades. Our first room there was so much dust on the telephone and lamp you could pull it off with your finger. Bathrooms were dirty too and has wallpaper hanging off in spots. We had chewed gum on the wall too. New room, the beds are very old and in need of replacement and bathroom was cleaner but still very, very old. When standing in the shower you are just a few inches away from the ceiling and the shower head hits you at the lower part of your head. You have to bend your head to wash your hair. This hotel used to be really nice and filled with race fans and race things during the race weekends. At check in the computers were down and so was the internet so no keys could be issued and digital keys did t work either. We also heard this happened the next day during check in too from another guest. So the good things, manager was very helpful and friendly and apologetic; breakfast was very good, good quality and friendly staff; valets are very attentive and quick. Pools are nice, clean and enjoyable. Beach is great. However due to the cost of the rooms and conditions of the rooms, we would not stay here again until the rooms are renovated.

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and willing to help with anything to make our stay better. The location was perfect right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach, lots of great restaurants and a nice outdoor pool with cabanas and food/drink service. If you need a ramp to access the beach instead of stairs ask to be in the north tower as it is much closer to the ramp. As for the rooms, it was very disappointing how a Hilton hotel has old bathrooms and dated rooms. We rented a suite on the 4th floor which overlooked the ocean and the view was perfect and listening to the waves all night was great. However, there was a smell of mold or mildew when we first entered the so we kept the sliding door open. They didn't have a balcony but you could still open the door, see the boardwalk and ocean, and lean out to see up and down the boardwalk which was fine. The location and staff were stellar but the quality of rooms does not match the Hilton branding and I would probably not stay here again until they upgrade things.

Elise J — Google review

This hotel is in serious need of an update - in the rooms as well as the hotel overall. The entire Hilton brand has been in decline for some years now but this hotel has furnishings and finishes that look to be over 20 years old at this point. The mattresses and pillows are well past their service lives, the in-room heating / cooling equipment is old, poorly functioning and noisy. The elevators (the ones that work and aren't roped off) are noisy, slow and shaky. The finishes in the rooms and in the common areas are dated and very worn. While the location is great and the staff does what they can with what they have, this hotel is surpassed in most ways by far less expensive alternatives. By the time you take the room rate and pile on all of the extra costs - resort fees, parking fees, etc. - you're paying for a much nicer hotel stay than you are getting. Beware the rates too - I see that they advertise $77 per night.... the real rates are well into the mid $300 range before you add the $25 "resort fee", the $40 parking fee and all of the taxes. Closer to $400 is more accurate.

Easy access to all the good stuff. Safe feeling location. The breakfast is fresh and service friendly. Any staff I interacted with was smiling and helpful. The gym is also well equipped and I was able to workout both mornings of my stay. Highly recommend!

This hotel was mostly amazing! At check in, we did have some kind of service manager who was kind enough to put our group together on the same floor near each other (for an extra fee of course), we ended up paying $150 total per room in fees. $100 for pet fee and $50 resort fee. However, this hotel is HUGE. It is a good thing but also a bad thing because it is so much work to unload and get your stuff to your rooms. They did have staff helping people unload but there just simply wasn’t enough employees for all the people that needed help. Nevertheless, that wasn’t our “complaint” I guess you could say. The only constructive feedback I have is that we asked at check in if there were other points of entry/doors to unload as we were staying on the opposite end of the hotel in the North tower and were told no.. we had to unload and use the one main door. While unloading we discovered a service elevator that could be used to bring up our stuff from the parking lot next door, instead of pushing our heavy cart up a hill and struggling with it.. I feel like this information would have saved us so much time and work. There also is an entry door on the North Tower as well, even with valet so I’m not sure why we were told that there wasn’t. I couldn’t imagine if we were older/seniors and been left to struggle with our luggage like that, pushing up a hill when there’s easier ways to get in.. just seems pretty inconsiderate really to your guests, especially when we asked the best way to unload and get to our rooms. We also paid $30 a day for parking in a lot but that’s not terrible for FL I suppose. I did love the convenience of this hotel and will stay again. There’s a Starbucks right in it as well as multiple restaurants, and lots of choices all down the street you can easily walk to. The beach is seriously right out the back doors and the balconies in the room have gorgeous views. This is my new favorite place to stay in Florida and we do plan to go back many more times!

Great staff, very responsive. Cabana was easy access to beach. Cabana room was nice, shower overflowed bathroom as drain vent was full of sand. Chair had broken leg. Hard to navigate since hotel was like a maze with newer addition. Great location. Hyde park was excellent. Breakfast was understaffed and wait to get seated too long. Parking across street worked fine for us.

Amazing staff. Felt very welcomed. Valet / Bellman in both areas superb at their job, thank you for taking care of our vehicle and luggage. Guest services / night audit April was very informative and helpful upon arrival and when we needed assistance with our settings for the A/C. Don Ricos restaurant superb food and beverage staff. Thank you to the whole team.I enjoyed all the guest areas . I enjoyed the ocean view room for the view and very spacious. Dated lamps are worn and little things around the room. The only thing I didn’t like was the musty smell of water, wet carpet. The bathroom could of been cleaned better. Behind the toilet where there’s caulking is mildew. My room was on the fourth floor ocean view so we had the ultimate view. I really enjoyed it here. I hope the hotel will be updated soon. I work in hospitality and I understand that this industry was very much affected by the pandemic and not mention storms that haven’t helped and it’s slowly getting more people hired and getting the experience staff hired and trying make revenue as well. Keeping guests feeling comfortable and welcomed is always number one. I will be a repeat guest.

The customer service is wonderful! They were so nice considering my mom and I were looking for a room immediately since we stayed at another hotel which didn’t meet us to our standards. Although - Entering the room, the rooms were a little too warm, adjusting the air conditioner was simple! It got cold within minutes! The bed sheets were extremely cleaned. No stains or bedbugs. We have an amazing ocean/pool view! There are nice restaurant workers who were willing to help me find silverware.

Beautiful resort and truly a ton of amenities. We stayed in a hospitality suite, with a balcony access. Really enjoyed the views and the wildlife caused no problems for us. The gift shop employee named Andrea was extremely helpful and friendly. The bellhop Alan was a pleasure to talk with and provided us with great recommendations. We ate at the steakhouse 8/10 and the breakfast buffet 5/10 but our entire stay was based on the Oyster Pub’s char grilled oysters. 10/10! We had a blast, caught some waves and were back in our room in a matter of minutes.

Yikes! 4 star hotel had leaking ceilings in numerous places.Nice ocean view. Rooms are dated. Small refrigerator placed on floor. Valet was overpriced and had lots of congestion. Bell boy was AWESOME (why I gave 2 stars)Hobos are taking over the beach. Especially at night. As a Hilton Diamond member I would not recommend

Lulu — Google review

We are currently staying here and I would not recommend. First and foremost, the room was dirty upon arrival. Full size chips & wrappers under the bed, hair in the shower & floor, and a dirty toilet. The curtain rod is broken and is very hard to open, the glass door for the closet is off its hinges and won't open, the balcony lock doesn't line up so it's almost impossible to lock, the room lock doesn't line up so you can't lock the door, the down button on the AC display only works when shoved down with an object, the elevator door doesn't work properly, and the worst yet....NO HOT WATER. The only good thing about this resort is the convenience of being across the street to the convention center.

Angela R — Google review

Very nice hotel! Rooms are spacious and clean! Had a great view of the ocean and beach from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you ever want to watch fireworks get a pool side view. Bad sides were only 2 out of 4 elevators were working and on a holiday weekend too. People were stacked up trying to get on an elevator to get to their room. Another downside is having to pay $30 for self parking which was the cheapest . Overall we enjoyed our stay.

P W — Google review

There's no microwave or kettle in the room. They put one of the two little microwaves in the pool entrance and the other one was in the cafeteria. (Last day we saw a microwave in front of another room.) There was just a little fridge on the floor. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was rusted. The bathroom floor was Italian style. There is no bath tub. Only a shower curtain divides the whole bathroom floor, toilet and sink from the shower. The air conditioner was very loud when it was working. The location and the beach was perfect.

Beautiful hotel. Awesome, fun staff, I think they had more fun at our events then we did. Nice rooms. It's really big so a lot of walking. Only thing I had an issue with is their drainage system. It takes so long for water to drain out. Other then that... It was great.

M J — Google review

Where to begin. This is a rundown motel. There are mold, mildew and rust stains all over the exterior of building. Inside you have broken and exposed wiring on elevators. Water stained and moldy ceiling tiles. Inside both lobby and throughout hotel you have rough patched stained walls and ceiling. Fans and cords all over the lobby. The pool towels are old and dingy. They all look like used rags. For a smoke free hotel, you have staff and guest smoking on third floor balcony. Valet staff uniform was sloppy. Room keys kept deactivating throughout the stay. Had to go to front desk on three different occasions. We would have left if we were not there for a conference. Website also states two pools and only one open. Hottub was dirty. The list goes on and on. Do not stay here. Spend your money somewhere else. The entire hotel needs to be refurbished.

Hilton in name only! Horrible valet service. They don’t tell you until you’re there that 2 valets exist…1 for a north tower and 1 for south tower….everyone waits 15-20 minutes just to park for VALET. $40 a night btw.Every time you come and go-5 minute wait for the elevator because of a line. Yes, a line. For the elevator.Gross, dated, depressing small rooms. Our AC was not working properly. Turned it on to 67/65 degrees and the furnace kicked on, filling up the entire room with a massively strong burning smell that made us feel light headed.Trash. In the room. On top of the security safe.Beds were horribly stiff.I wanted a full refund-didn’t even care to get a “let’s see how we can fix this for you, how about a suite?” I just wanted a refund but the manager argued that I checked in hours prior so he was going to charge me for 1 night. Ya, I checked in hours prior, ELECTRONICALLY through the app. Still, the manager argued with me and I told him to relax as he was getting flustered and loud with his voice. I told him that I was a Diamond member, then downgraded to Gold for a reason, and now I’m about to become a no-member. Voila! Finally, a full refund.Don’t waste your money, this Hilton charges you for literally everything. $40 a night for valet, $25 for breakfast according to information given, argumentative managers, dated, old, trash filled rooms, lines for valet, lines for elevators, etc etc. The list goes on. The only saving grace is the location but that alone is not worth staying here for.

Came for business purposes but really enjoyed the stay. Hotel is pretty large in size as it’s separated into two ends. I definitely didn’t mind making the walk through the halls but just a heads up for someone who can’t do that as easily. Bonus points for a Starbucks inside.Definitely would stay again. Great location and parking is about a block away.

The hotel was extremely disappointing. I've stayed at other Hilton hotels and they were much nicer. The place was a maze to walk through. The outrageous parking prices made me want to leave. 40$ a day for valet and 30$ a day to park across the street. The AC in the room definitely did not work, we had it at 60 and were sweating. There was a sink outside the bathroom that gurgled when someone took a shower and it was quite annoying. We also paid $25 for an ocean view. The balcony (if you could call it that) was a ledge with a door. You couldn't even step on it fully. The pools were nice and beach access was easy. There was lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance which was nice. But I'm overall very disappointed. We were supposed to be paying 82$ a night for our room and spent over 500$ on a 3-day stay from all the extra fees they put in. Extremely disappointed.

Laylla S — Google review

Employees are great and rooms are nice. The view is good and so is the location. I am leaving 2 stars because there was construction during my stay and I was never told about it. It was annoying waking up to all the noise. Also the pool looked like it wasn’t cleaned in the south tower. Finally, to top it all off the prices have gone up a lot on parking and the resort fees. The resort fees don’t really include good amenities like other Hilton hotels. We pay so much in fees and we can’t even get beach chairs. We have to rent everything.

Jesus A — Google review

No room cleaning unless you request it. Queen bed feels like a full size bed. Room and hotel feels like it could be cleaner. Can’t step onto the deck it’s too small. Parking and resort fee is expensive and not great.Good view of the beach. Close to restaurants. We saw a rock concert below us from our room.

NEVER AGAIN!! First inconvenience, Upon getting to our door, keys didn’t function and we had to wait in the hallway with our luggage for maintenance to come replace the battery on electric door key. Once we got inside, the Bedside table and drawers were full of ANTS. Room 675 North Tower! I was so disgusted!! Was not accommodated to a different room by management. Bathroom had hair in the shower which obviously was never cleaned. The room overall is outdated and the rugs smell, bugs in the furniture, only nice thing about this place is the main lobby and restaurants. Room was terrible. For being a HILTON RESORT, this place was a huge disappointment and definitely did not hold up to its standard. If I didn’t have an important event last night in the hotel, my family and I wouldn’t have slept there. DIRTY is an understatement.

I must say I have already cancelled my future reservation here. We stayed bc it was close to the convention center, but there are plenty of other hotels to choose from. I want to say that we were there for a tournament where my daughter had to be up at 530am. We were woken up around midnight bc it sounded like someone was trying to jack hammer their way into our room. For 45 minutes this went on. We find out after I had to call down to the front desk that the bathroom door handle fell off with a women trapped inside so they had to remove the door. The front desk girl attitude was well be glad that the room will be empty tomorrow night?? Really? Than we pay $30 dollars a day for self-park which was quiet a long distance from the hotel, only to NOT be guaranteed a parking spot? What is the $30 for. I must say there was a time when we couldn’t get parking. Then when we get home I see my credit card charged over $200. $25 a night for resort fee, which I promise you there shouldn’t have been. I did know about that charge. But they charged me not only the $30 for self park a night but $80 for valet park. We had only one car with us, and the car they said valet wasn’t even a car we owned. So after calling in I was told that they would take off one of my $30 self park, and the resort fee, but she huffed about the $80 for valet parking which we did not do or own the type of car that they said. Would also like to add they did not tell us that self park for $30 a day was first come first serve. It was on the sign when we went in to park. So anyways the credit never came and 3 weeks later I had to call back three times to get my credit. Which I do see pending on my credit card but we will see. We were traveling with many other families who had the same type issues. Restaurant charges on their bill that weren’t theirs. So check your bill closely if you choose to stay at this hotel but I suggest the Renaissance down the block, others had a great stay there!

My husband and I just celebrated part of our honeymoon at this Hilton resort and we could not have had a better time!! Our room was amazing and ocean front with the sound of the waves 24/7. We arrived a few hours early for check in and were still checked into our upgraded room immediately. The location to everything was just outstanding! The beach is directly outside the hotel doors and it had 2 pools and 2 Jacuzzis that we loved. We have to add that the service was 10/10 and Alan was just the nicest! He helped us to our room and helped us through our entire stay! I’m still so surprised how well priced the resort was. We're already planning our next trip back and could not have had a better time relaxing and enjoying ourselves! Thank you Alan and all the resort staff! We can’t wait to come back.

Girl’s trip!! Stayed here for 3 days, and it was amazing!! Huge hotel, very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable great ocean front views! We were here over the weekend so we ate at the prime rib/seafood buffet located in one of the hotel restaurants (sorry I can’t remember the name), the food was amazing and at a very reasonable price. We also ate at the breakfast buffet in the same restaurant and it was also great. The staff at the restaurant and hotel are very friendly and go above and beyond!! The location was perfect! We were close to many restaurants, shops, and of course ocean front!! The pool and pool bar are nice and refreshing. The vibe at this hotel was just perfect, exactly what we all needed. Best girl’s trip ever!! We are already planning on returning here next year 💕

Absolutely NOT!!! The only thing that saves this hotel is the beach. The view is everything, but other than that this hotel is a no. Nothing is updated, the beds are hard, and it's not cleaned well. I had someone else's hair in the shower and on the floor in the bathroom. Also, the bar of soap in the shower was used. This hotel wouldn't be a first, second or third choice for me. I NEVER write reviews, but this deserves one. So disappointed 😞

Checked in yesterday and leaving tomorrow. I have a lot of thoughts about this property. First the positive - we had a good experience with the food and service staff at Doc Bales and Don Rico’s. The property is in a great location on the beach (between the Oceanwalk and the Pier), however there has been significant beach erosion and the access stairs have been removed so you have to walk all the way to the neighboring property to use the beach access ramp. While this is not in the hotel’s control it is an inconvenience nonetheless. Cons - the overall condition of this property is not good. It is VERY dated and in dire need of renovations/updates. We are in an Oceanside room in the north tower. I noticed the bathroom has an unpleasant moldy smell, the bathtub has rust stains/looks dingy and does not drain. The toilet is weak and does not flush properly. The furniture and bathroom fixtures look like originals from decades ago. The AC is not very good so the room feels humid and muggy. The pillows are clumpy and the beds feel sunk in. The curtains are dusty. It appears that they are short staffed on housekeeping and valet. This caused a long delay in getting bell service and the room was not tidied up until after 4:00pm. My list of negative observations seriously can go on and on. Additionally, unlike other hotels this one does not supply courtesy water bottles. For a property that charges about $400+ a night, I feel this was not money well spent. I am incredibly disappointed as I expected a lot more from a HILTON property. This will be a one and done stay with no intention of returning. My recommendation would be to consider staying at the Wyndham next door instead.

The first problem I had was at check in, I wanted to cancel the room then but since I paid for the trip in advance and it was non-refundable. Once I got into my room the sink and toilet was Clogged up, I wanted to change room but I was told since maintenance was able to fix the problem I couldn’t. There is no microwave in rooms (but this is Hilton). The cleanness of the room was not up to par for me. The room was very dusty. There were dead bugs on top of a/c thermostat and corners of rooms. In one of the vent was full of Dust. When you take a shower water drains out really slow. And they tried you with these REAL small cooler (supposed to be refrigerator). Then I ask for my room to get clean because they skip my room when the housekeeper came all she said was Housekeeping. No is there anything else you like before I leave or thank you for choosing Hilton enjoy the rest of your stay. This Hilton makes you not want to stay at a Hilton and I’m a Hilton honors member. I would never stay at this Hilton again. If I could get my money back I would.Hilton y’all need to do something about this Hilton in Daytona Beach , Florida. Worst hotel experience ever.

The best thing about this place is the staff. Everyone is friendly and never noticed a frown. Prices at the Starbucks and other places seemed a bit pricey, but with the location I can understand. The lobby is really nice and the outside area is well maintained. My only grip is the outdated hotel rooms. The bathroom I had needed to be redone. The tub was nasty, and the floor has seen better days. The room itself was okay and the ac worked great. It was nice that I could open the balcony slider to enjoy the ocean view and hear the waves.I went for a conference for work and I'm looking forward to next years event here.

Our stay at the Hilton in Daytona Beach left much to be desired. Despite the initial excitement of a room upgrade to an oceanfront view, the overall experience fell short of Hilton's reputed standards. While the panoramic view from our room was indeed breathtaking, it couldn't compensate for the numerous shortcomings throughout the hotel.Upon entering our upgraded room, we couldn't help but notice patches of paint, furniture that was not only dirty but also scratched, and bathrooms that felt like a blast from the past with outdated fixtures and very used tubs. The elevators were far from pristine, and the state of the main floor's carpet, held together with duct tape on some steps, was less than appealing. Even the lobby, with what appeared to be damaged paint, failed to reflect the elegance one associates with the Hilton name.It became apparent that the building, constructed in the 80s, was showing signs of wear and tear. Our stay in the South Tower left us hopeful that the conditions in the North Tower would better uphold the Hilton reputation. On a positive note, the convenience of having the beach right downstairs was a definite highlight. However, this was overshadowed by the less-than-ideal parking situation. Guests were essentially left with the choice of valet parking or facing a 10-minute walk for self-parking. Additionally, the on-site food options, while available, were deemed overpriced when considering the overall state of the hotel. In summary, while the oceanfront view and beach access were commendable, the Hilton in Daytona Beach, particularly the South Tower, fell short in terms of maintaining the quality and standards expected from this renowned hotel chain.

Room was great! Hotel employees were great! Stephanie, the manager of the breakfast buffet, was atrocious. Condescending, belligerent in a very passive agressive manner and I think even made a sly comment about my weight.Other than her it was absolutely amazing. I have been coming here 40 years plus and this is my favorite hotel and it’s right on the beach and right next to the pier and the amusement attractions.

I'm disappointed with my recent stay at the Hilton. Despite being a frequent Hilton guest, this experience fell below expectations. The only positive aspect was the hotel's location which is awesome. The rooms were outdated, with only one functioning elevator during my five-day stay, causing significant delays and overcrowding of the elevator. The lobby had a terrible odor, and room furniture was stained. There were no options for late checkout, complimentary breakfast, or coffee. One of my room light flickered badly, which could pose a risk to someone prone to seizures, so I had limited lighting. Paid parking was inconvenient, especially when carrying heavy luggage. Overall, this stay did not justify its cost, and I'm dissatisfied with the experience.

not sure where to start 😂 but i will start by saying i never leave reviews on google so y'all know it was bad. i am surprised the Hilton claims this hotel. we only stayed one night because wow. the room was VERY outdated and gross. the shower base and shower head was rusty and dirty. the fridge was a wine fridge and on the floor ? no fitted sheet, just a tucked sheet 😳 the TV had a guide so that's a plus. like someone else mentioned, there was A LOT of dogs but i didn't hear any of them so that's another plus. the chairs and cabanas we're dirty, stained and just gross. the pool was so dirty that the outer rim was black "molded" so we only stayed about an hour. the bar outside by the pool wasn't that busy but it took 20 mins to get a canned beer and one mixed drink. no on-site parking (valet is 40$ +tax per night and the garage "behind the BBQ place" is 30$ per night) like i said in the beginning the only good thing about this hotel is the staff, they we're all so sweet and accommodating.

Whatever you do don’t stay here!! The pictures are not updated. The rooms look nothing like the pictures, all the furniture is old. Some of the staff were very friendly so I can’t speak bad on them. I do notice that the General Manager Adam likes to stay out the way and not return calls. I had some concerns to address. I had already left the city back& just wanted to address my concerns before writing a review. No call back and it’s been 2weeks. I would never recommend anyone to go to this hotel. The Steak House Restaurant was Trash!!!! They didn’t check on me 1 times the entire time I was outside eating on the patio. I had to walk to the Bar to a Request for A 1 sauce. This should not be considered a Hilton Hotel.

Positive are that the staff was very nice and the location is good, right on the beach. Negatives are a lot. To start with the biggest one was that the elevators were HORRIBLE. I've been stuck in an elevator before and this was bringing back every fear I ever had with elevators. Not only were they loud and unstable, they would stop on random floors and one would just sit there with the doors opening and closing over and over again. The PARKING was a lot across the street for $30 a night. I didn't see any surveillance cameras. You can pay $40 instead for Valet, but at that point $40 for parking is insane to me. Lastly they double charged our parking. We paid online and when we checked in they didn't ask nor look for it. Simply asked where we parked and charged us again. Fortunately we asked for a receipt and saw so we went back in for a refund. They were nice about it, but many hotels I've been to ask if we already paid for parking or look it up on their computers. Genuinely a 3/5 probably won't be back.

We stayed at this location for my daughters drill competition. Our hotel room was standard. We did get the trellis view which was absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend you upgrading to this room. However, only one elevator was working almost the entire time we were there. We actually had to take the stairs several times because the line for the elevators were so long, I am really confused why they only had one elevator working because they had six of them. Also, we did pay for late check out which they tried to tell us we could no longer do. We had to speak to a manager to finally be able to have our later check out, besides that we had a great time

We had a wonderful stay! Everyone we interacted with was as friendly as could be. We got an ocean view room and it was definitely worth every penny to wake up to the sound of waves and the lovely view. The amenities were extensive, we really enjoyed the pool and restaurant access. Everything was walkable and being steps away from the beach was lovely. We will definitely be back next year!Special shout outs include the bellhop whose name I didn’t catch but he was tall and had a beard (might’ve been the supervisor) super friendly and helpful, the hostess at breakfast was super friendly, Bridgette and Signet were our servers and were, again, super friendly and helpful. Everyone in valet was so quick. We also had drinks at the Rum Room, great selection and very well made drinks. Yuri and the crew working on Wednesday evening were great. Everyone we encountered just helped make our experience even better. Thank y’all!

We have been staying here for years. Best thing about this hotel is location! The hotel itself is dated. There was paint chipped in the bathroom, rust stains. And there was hair in the bath tub from previous person. I originally booked a room for a rate of almost $600, it’s definitely not worth that! I canceled that reservation and rebooked at a lower price, $286+Tax. Breakfast buffet was just okay.

If you are seeking a very dirty hotel, with average 40 minute wait times for an elevator (because only 2 are working), restaurants closed at times they have posted to be open, tubs that don't drain, parties with people blasting music and shouting matches at any time of day, outside security doors that don't work, and hotel staff that lie to you about fixing problems, then this is the hotel for you!! This is just a snippet of the list of challenges we encountered. The managers don't even care if you report problems and regular staff repeatedly stated they don't know policies or procedures for resolving issues. No issue resolution to any challenges brought to any level staff attention, and certainly no compensation for any of horrible experiences. The valet staff and bellhops were the only professional employees we encountered who seemed to care about doing a good job, which is so ridiculously sad because it is likely only because they work for tips, but grateful for their kindness nonetheless.

Well, unfortunately, not one of the cleanest Hilton we’ve stayed .2-4 elevators were broken, which out of 16 floors, and however, many rooms, they only had two other elevators. Management should’ve been more prepared and walked guest through their freight elevator to help speed up the process. Sometimes you had to wait 15 to 20+ minutes just to get on the elevator ;( not always. With being a major weekend you would’ve figured all staff would’ve been on deck. There was plenty of bottles of liquor and pizza boxes from the night before around the pool area not cleaned up at all . This was around 11 AM. When you start to walk down the main stairs out towards the beach, cigarette butts, wrappers, and trash all on the Hilton property staircases . This is a simple Battery blower every morning would make a big difference All in all, I’m gonna write this a 2 1/2 three out of five simply because of the location and size of property Rooms were OK . If you just go a half a block down to the ocean walk, you’ll receive a completely different experience . Unfortunately, they were sold out. Please Management team after reading this review please do not leave me some silly. We’re sorry for your inconvenience. try to do better message. Do better you simply know the flaws and your staff. I bet you guys won’t even go out and look at all the cigarette butts and trash on your stairs after reading this if so, post a photo of them clean and I will be impressed.

My husband and I were there for the Florida Truck Driving Championship. While the lobby was beautiful, everything else lacked. Parking was across the street and very limited.. elevators weren’t working, oftentimes creating a long line stretching to the lobby.. and when the elevator was available, the door wouldn’t close all the way, bell man said we have to push it close with both hands.. myself, husband, and many others for the same event had to use employee elevators to get to where we wanted to go. The rooms are outdated with no hot water and terrible water pressure.. overall, very disappointed.

The windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them. The light fixtures in the bathroom were completely rusted and one didn't turn on (except for the flash you'd get when you turned them off). We got 3 towels and 2 wash cloths for 4 people. We asked for a roll away, which we were given, but got a lecture from housekeeping and then from the lady at the front desk (3 times) about how much space it would take up. Housekeeping told us we should be happy with the two beds we got. The prices were INSANE and not worth it. The elevators don't work (and didn't work when we were there last May). The outlets are loose and plugs fall out of them and our mini fridge door kept popping open. The hotel is in desperate need of maintenance. I regret the amount of money and points we spent here.

Location is great but hotel is severely underwhelming. Definitely needs a tune up. The mini fridge is on the floor, the dressers are rotten, floors not vacuumed, and because it’s near a conference center (my bad for not looking more into that ) our hotel was filled with teenagers. Normally this wouldn’t bother me but since only 2 of 4 elevators work they were always full and the multiple bars on site are rarely open. The coupon thing is nice (spend $50 take off $15) but doesn’t work for the steak house which is in the north tower and way nicer from the looks of it. The floors are musty. The only glowing review I can leave was for the staff. Everyone was nice, friendly and super helpful. It is close to beach and and other activities.

Seriously disappointed. Everything is old and nasty. Beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was not included. That was another $24 each for the buffet. Had to do valet parking which was another $40 because there was no parking her anywhere! Pools were nasty. Not worth the money we paid for. Very expensive run down hotel. It is also VERY LOUD here!!!!! Forget sleeping at all.

The location is great and most central you can ask for. Views of the water is incredible. As far as hotel it’s pretty basic but the service is amazing.Everyone from the front desk to the valet are incredibly helpful and attentive. The pool is not overly crowded and the little kids pool was perfect for my 1 year old.Breakfast was very nice and the nicest people. We truly enjoyed our stay .
